Winemaker Joseph Bou Sleiman is the fourth generation of Bou Sleiman men to make wine under his family’s label. When he took control of Chateau Oumsiyat, he transformed the winery into a modern fusion of traditional and contemporary winemaking. His wines have a classical old world feel whilst displaying freshness and brightness at the same time.
